This is a great spot for fresh sushi I really enjoyed how nice the staff was and the comfortable atmosphere.

I am a Japanese food snob, and I love Ocean Sushi for quick, satisfying, craving quencher go-to. The service is efficient, and the people are welcoming - Can't live without them.
We hitched around to find THE best sushi. and this is our number one spot! Super fresh. Super awesome chefs and staff! Can't wait to eat here again!
Literally moments ago I walked out of Ocean Sushi Deli. Not because it was bad, BUT Because I was stuffed so full I couldn't eat anymore super fresh Miso soup, ,Unagi, Maguro, Hamachi, Spider Roll . !!! Small friendly easy to walk to in Monterey. The service is great. If you're in a rush , forget it. they take a few.minutes because everything is prepared fresh for your order.. Dont expect hi class uppity dining. OSD is low key casual with a few tables inside and out, and a small counter. Just right !!!!
