Good all around. Sushi rice holds up. Raw or hot, it's excellent here. Everyone is so nice here too. Counter service with table delivery.
This only goes for the Japanese Ramen I have not tried their sushi, speaking of authentic food, in my opinion I feel That the Ramen was not at its best. Respectfully saying by judging the quality of it. The pork should've been soft and fatty it's suppose to melt in your mouth that's the whole point, but looks like they fried it only it was hard and chewy* The broth should've been thicker and richer in pork bone fattiness, the broth was watery. Fish is fresh and staff are so kind and know good sushi! Lucky to have this place in the area.
