Charlie is dependable and does a great job!
I was frustrated after using a big box store for pool service several years ago. They were not reliable and causing me all sorts of problems. I hired Charlie around December 2022 after receiving one of his flyers in the mail. He's been wonderful. He keeps my pool sparkling clean with no problems. He's fast, punctual, and professional every week. He's courteous and cleans up after himself when he leaves. We have been so pleased with all the proactive and professional service with Ocean Sun. Would highly recommend to anyone for pool service!
Our pool is always crystal clear! We have used a few other pool companies and had to complain about green water or skipping steps like cleaning the filter. Charles is very responsive if an issue comes up with the equipment and will find someone to fix it if he is unable to repair himself. Highly recommend!
