Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider use excessive foul language? Yes! It was very unprofessional! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Was this dentist friendly? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

. THE MAJOR PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THIS OFFICE IS THAT EITHER THEY LET THE PHONE RING UNTIL IT GOES BUSY OR THEY TAKE IT OFF THE HOOK! THEIR PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY AND THE TAKE FOREVER TO RETURN CALLS IF YOU'RE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!
