I have been going here for 2 years and normally they do a great job. Today they did not. I got a technician named Eric who did not care one bit. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and told his just to not massage my legs as I don't like how rough they can be. He took that as do not do ANYTHING and slapped some polish in my toes and let me leave. I left there feeling like I was rushed out and they were just trying to get done as quickly as possible. My polished is smeared and when I called to ask for a refund they will not. I first started doing nails with Lana and she was amazing ! After she left I never found a good technician. Today I was there. Those people failed to realize I speak their language so I was able to understand all their crap. The guy that did my nails wouldn’t listen to my requests and started yelling. Well I yelled back and left with my nails half done. He demanded payment and I told him to get lost. Had to go to a different shop to finish up! SPEAK ENGLISH! You are in the United States, not in Vietnam! BE POLITE!!!

LOVE THEM! I travelled here from Texas and I need a fill and redo my toes, Jennifer was very professional and friendly and the environment was clean!! I was super happy when I left! Next time I visit I’m definitely going back. 💕💕
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I made an appointment to get a gel mani, I ended up getting handed from one person, to another because the person who started me all of a sudden had another appointment that showed up, I was left sitting at another station where I was sat to wait for the next person to come and help me. My nails looked nothing liked what I asked. There is gel under my nails, on top of that she shaved my nails down so short it hurts. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
