Very nice place for the price. Beach access literally right out the door. If you're a "diva" it may not be best for you. Older cottages that could use some updates, but with updates comes upcharges. It would be nice to have a onsite person at least during check-in and checkout times to assist in any issues. All in all this place was well worth it
My husband and I loved our room. We had everything we needed and felt like we were at home. We will be coming back again. Loved the beach access.. Will recommend it to our family and friends
The worst room I have ever seen. We checked in at 4 p.m. and were out by 9 p.m., the same day, looking for other accommodations. Now I have to fight for a refund. Stay away from this place, it is a dump.
Since Kees Vacations has taken over this place is a dump. I am so disappointed

I have been coming here every single year (sometimes multiple times a year) for every year of my entire life. It is always a wonderful experience. The owners & staff are so friendly and make you feel like family. It is clean, affordable, homey, and peaceful. I could go on for days and days about how much I love this place. It is my hands down my favorite place on the face of this Earth.
Someone please save this wonderful hotel. It's for sale and developers have a pending contract on it which means it will be torn down. It's a wonderful hotel and should stay. Ever dreamed of running a sweet business by the sea?
