We were told before booking that the parking lot had 3 handicap parking spots. We arrive and learn there is only one and all the other parking is assigned to the individual apartments. We came in two cars, so our person in need of the handicap parking took the assigned space and our other car had to park across the street.

This place is very out dated. The begin, the parking was a nightmare and so confusing. Once we dealt with the parking, we found out there are only 2 carts available to bring your luggage to the room and there were so many other people we ended up just making multiple trips instead of waiting for a cart. There are also only 2 elevators and they only work one at a time. This caused a long line of people waiting to get on with their luggage. My daughter booked it and we stayed in 1901 at Ocean Ritz. I'll list the good and bad. The good: The view from the large balcony was spectacular Two of the bedrooms opened out to the balcony. The bed mattreses were very comfortable. The large living and dining area was perfect for seven of us. A bathroom in every bedroom was a huge plus. The heated pool and jacuzzi was nice. Most of the complaints I read about the room are the property iwner /their rental companies responsibility not Ocean Ritz Condo. Be prepared as during season parking is limited everywhere in PCB to purchase a city parking pass- spots available 85% of the time. Ocean Ritz condo exterior is beautiful, recently painted, located in a prime area. When booking look at reviews for the room as each room is individually owned. The hot tub was an added bonus.
