Most of the complaints I read about the room are the property iwner /their rental companies responsibility not Ocean Ritz Condo. Be prepared as during season parking is limited everywhere in PCB to purchase a city parking pass- spots available 85% of the time. Ocean Ritz condo exterior is beautiful, recently painted, located in a prime area. When booking look at reviews for the room as each room is individually owned. The hot tub was an added bonus.
Love it
On the Beach 7th floor view was great, easy access to the beach. Pool was great too. The only thing was that when I checked out i couldn't find a cart to carry my things down so I had to make several trips to my car. But overall it was an absolutely amazing time. The condo was EVERYTHING. I'm ready to go again!
