While she was very helpful in my treatment she put me on so many meds I was feeling poorly. She would talk way too much about personal problems. .
I wish I didn't have to leave a star to leave a review. I called Ocean Ridge Arthritis Associates around 7pm this evening expecting an answering service to leave a message for Dr. Starkman's office to call me back for an urgent appointment. Instead of an answering service, Dr. Starkman herself answered with a simple "Hello". I asked if this was Dr. Starkman's office, to which she replied affirmatively. Excellent care. Two weeks ago could not get out of bed. I went to gym this weekend and took care of my grandkids with zero pain for first time in months. Kudos to the doctor
Doctor Starkman is a very caring doctor, She spent a long time with me and because of that I was able to recieve an accurate diagnosis after being mislabeled with wrong diagnoses for nearly two years, I am extremely thankful to the doctor who was able to get me seen quickly and get me on the right track medically.
This office is very unprofessional. When I was finally going back they told me my husband couldn't come in, I explained that I have brain damage from 2 brain surgeries and needed him in there. No one had a mask on and the doctor was on a phone call at my appointment time. There were no other patients in the office. I walked out and went back to get all the paperwork I filled out and they gave me someone else's driver's license and paperwork. I will be contacting other agencies including Hippa.
