The worst, didn't know it was standard policy to negotiate a refund with the maintenance supervisor which in the state of Florida had no clue about mold as he sent a young uninformed kid to clean mold with a Home Depot product and 1 rag with no HEPA vac, no fitted respirator, no negative air machine and a process that could have endangered the employee but also spread mold spores throughout the home.
