Love this place
condo was clean people. Worker was easy to talk to .The only issue we had was the elevator.
Like why torture us with the elevators and the uncomfortable situations being inside the elevator instead of stairs because I was on the 20th level? I almost jumped off the balcony. Do you hate us? Your customers on family vacation that desperately needs an escape from reality and the negligence of this property? Like I just wanna know why are you risking human being lives? ***DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.*** The elevators are NOT SAFE ... there are LONG WAITS for the one (or two, sometimes) elevators that do work. PEOPLE GET STUCK IN ELEVATORS and the FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS TO COME RESCUE THEM. Luckily for us we were in condo #803 and parked on P4. We had to use the stairs during most of our stay. The condo itself was great, but we'll NEVER go back to Ocean Reef Condos due to the elevator situation. As much as I hate to leave a 1 star because the condo itself was nice, the complex needs a lot of work on…you guessed it…the elevators. When we arrived on 10/7/2025 only one of 3 elevators were working. So be prepared for a 15-30 minute wait each time you need to take it. It stormed one of the days we were there so everyone went from the beach to their condos and they at least had someone running the elevators but only limited it to 6 people at a time.
