The condo is nice and in a great location in Panama City Beach. We rented here last year and liked it so much, we rented again. However, the elevator situation is horrible. One working elevator out of three. On four different occasions the elevator wasn’t working at all and we had to use the stairwell. Our unit was on the 21st floor, so that was very frustrating. I give one star because I can’t get less. These people have three elevator and just one is working and that elevator is for 8 Person always you see the elevator with 14 to 20 person. This is a A risk condition because The elevator can’t get broke and create a disaster. You have to weigh more than 30 minutes to To use the elevator because always is full with more than the people allow Someone has to do something to avoid deadly accident. Because if the ropes holding the elevator break, someone could die.
Awesome views and very well maintained condos. Full kitchen, huge balcony with an outdoor tv, two full bathrooms, fully remodeled.
I stayed in room 2006 condo rental by host Jeffrey Howie, there was diapers behind the couch and old socks and dirt in between the couch cushions. I read all the instructions regarding how to leave the condo the way you found it and made sure we cleaned accordingly so that I wouldn't be charged unfortunately I was still overcharged because they stated that there was food left behind in the kitchen and balcony in which I know for sure that was not true.
