My daughter’s nightmare. I purchased a Groupon for nail service for my 14 and 11 year old daughters. We confirmed with the merchant by phone and prior to service that the only service we wanted was whatever nail service that our Groupon vouchers provide. Nothing more, nothing less. Very poor business practice, shady and unethical. I purchased a Groupon for a massage, I did however miss the scheduled appointment. I understand that I forgo the Groupon. I attempted to reschedule the appointment and pay the full price, they told me I had to put a credit card on file. I gave them the number, the woman said their system was not working correctly, she'd call me back.
