I went for a coupling deep tissue massage I left disappointed after driving an hour and half, got there early for paperwork, 1pm appointment and at 1:11 was still waiting, I went to the bathroom came back in, finally taken to the back, around 1:20, soaked feet for 10 minutes then the massage started around 1:30pm, that was not deep tissue, stopped at 2:00 not even 50 minutes of a massage more like 30 minutes. My daughter’s nightmare. I purchased a Groupon for nail service for my 14 and 11 year old daughters. We confirmed with the merchant by phone and prior to service that the only service we wanted was whatever nail service that our Groupon vouchers provide. Nothing more, nothing less. Very poor business practice, shady and unethical. I purchased a Groupon for a massage, I did however miss the scheduled appointment. I understand that I forgo the Groupon. I attempted to reschedule the appointment and pay the full price, they told me I had to put a credit card on file. I gave them the number, the woman said their system was not working correctly, she'd call me back.
