Not what I was expecting. The hotel beach is NOT just for hotel occupants...just that hotel occupants can get the chairs and umbrellas. This was SO misleading especially with Covid. Thought we would have enough space to use the beach, but we left after 5 minutes. Pool spacing was a bit better. Also the hotel food was mediocre at best. We had to go elsewhere for food. Presidential suite looked like a motel 8.
Just came back from a well rested and much needed mini vacation. This resort is amazing. The grounds are well kept and due to Covid disinfecting the premises was happening on clockwork. Social distancing and wearing masks were enforced at all times unless you were literally in the pool or in the sea. I had no qualms about going out in public because everyone was respectful to the Covid guidelines in the hotel and out of the hotel when dining out. Covid-19 certainly did not help the overall experience of the stay.
Very nice place with nice pools and right on the beach. Lots of good food places within walking distance.
We have stayed there twice and we love it, great service good food and very careful with people wearing there mask and keeping there safe distance .
