Ocean Pediatrics in Laguna Hills is an excellent practice. The new office is beautiful, professional, and very inviting, with a friendly and attentive staff. Our pediatrician, Rebecca Allen, has cared for our family for years, and I chose to follow her to this new location because of the trust and confidence I have in her medical care. I would highly recommend this doctor's office! From the front staff to the nurses and physicians, everything about this place is great. We personally love Dr. Allen, she does an amazing job caring for our kids and is always thorough and kind. Getting seen for sick visits is simple, which is a huge plus. The office is easy to get to, appointments are usually prompt, and the overall staff is super friendly. If you’re looking for a solid family doctor, this is the place to be!
We love this pediatric office! The communication is always excellent, and they consistently do their best to get us in, even for last-minute appointments. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and great with kids. Dr. Nylander has seen both my children and she is incredibly calm, caring, and kind. We always feel heard and supported. Highly recommend!
We had a very disappointing experience at Ocean Pediatrics. Our child had a straightforward but time-sensitive condition, and we received conflicting guidance from two different pediatricians. Our first visit was with Dr. Philips, who did not seem familiar with the condition or the urgency of proper follow-up. For an illness that requires frequent urine tests to monitor kidney function, it took over a week just to find out whether the tests could be done in-office or needed a lab.
