I had plans to move back to the beach and really had my heart set on this place. I called in plenty of advance, I applied and then nothing. I could not get anyone to call me back or respond to an email so I decided this is not the place for me. We lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and I can say this was the worst one. A minor problem such as not having handles on the cabinet, to not having a working dishwasher for a year, and then the roach infestation. We had sticky pads everywhere and these pads would have ATLEAST 10 roaches on ONE pad. Mind you, I had a 3 year old and newborn at the time. Lived there for 2 years and had moved into a place that still had dishes in it and clearly had never been cleaned. We had to wait a month for a working fridge after we were told it was a “renovated” place. Janice is not good at her job and respectfully, I’m surprised she still has it. Roaches and leaks were common issues.
How in the heck does this Janice person still have her job? She seems to be the common denominator in a lot of people's frustrations with Ocean Pebbles apartments. Nepotism? I don't know, but if I performed so horribly so many times in my line of work, then I wouldn't have any work.
Been here for almost 4 years now. Everything you need is super close and Janice has always looked out for us when we needed things!!
