RecommendedBeautiful and elegant community and safe. I love living here. The staff Val and Kathleen really are incredibly wonderful People as well as John and Chris.
We've lived here for about a year and a half and we love this place!!! Which I realize is kind of an unusual thing to say about an apartment complex (there's always "something" right lol?). Special shout out to Val and the AMAZING maintenance staff - these guys are top notch and always go above and beyond! Beautiful unit, quiet, lovely views of the lake, safe... all the things you'd want in a home. :)
Love love love this Community. It is NOT your typical apartment complex! It is a welcoming community! I love the people and the staff! The staff is very accommodating and throws wonderful socials! I absolutely love living in Ocean Park. My apartment is large and lovely, the view of the lake is wonderful, and the geese and other water birds provide constant entertainment. The atmosphere is unusually quiet and peaceful; and Kathleen, Valerie, and John are extremely friendly, courteous, kind, and helpful. We absolutely LOVE it here and the property is well kept. Very peaceful place to live and we love the staff. Especially Valerie, Kathleen, John, and Cudi. 😊
It could be so great but unfortunately I have a neighbor above me that is very noisy. I am so miserable & stuck in a long term lease with nowhere to turn. Property Manager has done zero to help. Think twice before signing a lease here.
Love it here quiet and maintainence is on top of things
