One of the worst experiences of my entire life this man should not run a motel. The worst customer service. I am honestly shaken and disgusted. I’ve just driven 12 hours. I was escaping DV and this man just abused me. He was just horrible. I’ve normally had great experiences in Coffs Harbour but as soon as I rocked up this man just started a fight with me. Staff and service very good and friendly
An older establishment. Clean and comfy and great location. No wash up liquid and no gel in shower pump 🤔🤔 Sometimes its the little things. Would stay again.
Unbelievable, old school Aussie holiday!
Fantastic location, great value for money. With the beach directly opposite, Coff’s finest breakfast cafe a short walk away and a convenience store next door with everything you need, the location has it all. The room was clean and well maintained, not to mention the comfy beds! The pool was a welcome bonus, our kids had a ball. Many thanks to the lovely motel hosts- Donna and Mark. We will definitely be back!
