Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Shaw and his team. Dr. Shaw's bedside manner is absolutely stellar; he takes the time to listen to his patients' needs and address any and all concerns regarding procedures. The staff in general is very kind. Their professionalism is apparent in the "operating" room; everyone works well in their respective team to ensure the patient receives the utmost care. Would highly recommend!
I had 2 of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Shaw yesterday. When I had my other two wisdom teeth taken out 4 years ago by a different Orthodontist, it was the absolute worst experience of my entire life. I explained to Dr. Shaw all my fears & worries, & he & his team made me feel so understood, so comfortable! Dr. Shaw is an exceptional Oral Surgeon who provided outstanding care from start to finish. I truly appreciated his kindness, patience, and reassuring demeanor. Although I was initially apprehensive about the procedure, Dr. Shaw and his team put me at ease, and I am deeply grateful for their care.
Dr. Shaw did a wonderful job. I was recently referred to this office by my primary dentist because my wisdom teeth on the top needed to be extracted due to cavities/ decay. I’ve always been scared to have any of my wisdom teeth extracted, that’s why I never did it. I cannot stress what a wonderful job. Dr. Shaw did! the process was painless!! I was in and out of that office under 10 minutes. I never expected a tooth extraction to be so simple. The doctor is very kind, informative and professional.
Was treated very poorly last week by one of the doctors. He was very aggressive toward me, and did not properly introduce himself nor did he allow me to introduce myself. He entered the room with a foul disposition. A horrible experience and I left. An arrogant and disrespectful man, who seem to have no shame. It is almost as though he prejudged for I was poisoned by his dimwitted, prejudice front desk staff. He was discriminatory and very disrespectful toward me.
