Very disappointed. First time I went here it was great. Got a regular french and they did the filing, buffing, hot towel cream etc. This time. I asked for regular french. Nail technician seemed annoyed and kept pushing for gel. Since I said no. She rushed and straight after filing and buffing- she started painting my nails. No base coat. Polish went right on top of nail shavings. Rushed and messed up multiple times.had to take some polish off and wanted to leave it like that. Let's see how long they last.

I used to enjoy coming here since it was close to my job, however the service is not the same, the staff is not understanding and proceed to speak in their language and ignore your concerns. They did not have a specific color that I wanted so I made it easier and chose something else. The guy was rushing ny nails and kept cutting my cuticles very painful but I was still working with him.
