I was disappointed with how my nails were done, the polish was not put on evenly in color, there is white smudges in random spots on multiple fingers. There is also a lot of uneven filing on my fingers, and spots where there is no color on my nails. I asked for a gel dip manicure, and wanted them oval shaped and short. I also was under the impression that it was only $55 for my gel dip and I was charged $65. theresa always does a great job doing my nails, i dont think i'll ever want to go to anyone else 😊. everyone is very professional and kind at this location! (photos are from when nail quality was great) update (as of march 2026): theresa no longer works here (not sure why, not my business) but the other staff seem lost without her. they are kind, but it's not the same quality it used to be... Theresa did a fantastic job ! She was a delight from the start. We discussed what I wanted from the start, was very upfront about the cost. She let me know what would be a better option for my nail shape. She took her time making sure that every nail was perfect and evenly shaped. She made sure I was comfortable with the thickness, shape, and length. If I wanted any minor adjustments She made them perfectly. She held a good conversation, and definitely made a great impre
