Bad experience (POCs beware) now when I go in I get yelled at by the owner, the lady who did my nails didn’t even ask me what I wanted- just started chopping away, and then they were upset with the colors I chose…Hope this isn’t the new norm. Disappointing after so many good experiences
I really didn’t wanna leave this review. But I went here to get gel French nails done. I ended up paying extra for the French polish and for the gel removal and for a hard gel because I like my nails to last - which I was totally fine doing. The first time I came out I got home and realised that there was HAIR set into 2 of my nails!!! I went back and they did fix them. DO NOT GO HERE! horrible experience. I took my daughter and her best friend to get their nails done and my 14 year old requested just gel color on her nail. she is young and never does long nails. When they got started the owner or the manager in charge walked over and said you need to do long it will look better. she politely declined and the lady kept insisting. Best of the best! All their nail techs are super talented, but Amy stands out. I’ve been going to her for years, and she is consistent and does better work than anyone else I’ve tried in the area. She’s also super sweet and personable. I usually get GelX and it lasts for over a month! Kathy, the owner, is hilarious and great. I’m grateful that they’re usually able to squeeze me in last minute, but I do recommend making an appointment.
