I have visited Dr. Sato a couple of times, and while I know a trip to the endodontist isn't exactly most people's favorite pastime, I have been very satisfied with the care I've received. Dr. Sato is extremely experienced, professional, very easygoing, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He takes the time to explain what's going on, answers questions, and has a calm, relaxed demeanor that makes the whole experience much easier. Dr. Soto does such a great job of explaining the processes and procedures. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Stellar bedside manner. Wish he could be my full time dentist lol Staff (Bianca and the nurse) were very nice and efficient as well. Hardly any wait time and they were very accommodating with my schedule.
Dr. Soto is fantastic. I went in a few months ago after finally getting a crown on cracked molar, but even post crown is was still hurting. He did a thorough eval, and recommended we hold off on doing anything, to treat it like a sprain, and he gave me a bunch of criteria that would merit return (I really appreciated his conservative approach - it was clear he wanted to do the right thing and was not looking to just make money). Dr Howell & her assistant made me feel very comfortable.. worth paying extra for the scan, Dr was very informative. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a root canal.
