Terrible office staff. The office manager (which I sadly believe she is because the office seems poorly run), said she spent 2hrs on the phone with my insurance and wouldn’t spend any more. She couldn't confirm if she was in/out of network but presumed they were out of network. The office set an appointment up for a Monday, then called (on said Monday) to say lets switch to Wednesday for insurance purposes. Ok. Wow, i didn't know what to expect at all! it was dark when arrived and i've never been to his area before. plus i took a lyft so no going back now right?! 😅 wasn't sure which building it was but it was easy to find. Down the hall, pass the elevator and then turn to the right passed the stairs. You can't miss it! The staff cecily or cely sorry i forgot her name but she was so nice n sweet. She made me feel at ease n explained the entire process. Honestly she deserves a raise! she hooked me up with all the leads n took me to ... read more

I could not get an appt in the Long Beach office. This office has staff that actually answer the phone, which is a rarity these days. Not only that, they are extremely helpful. We had issues getting the CPAP and I called several times and Cecily was beyond patient and accommodating. Dr Feldman is also amazing. He explained things well to my son and talked about lifestyle changes to help him. I cannot recommend them enough.
The office in Irvine sợ unprofessional, after my sleep study i waited for them to call back to schedule time for me to meet with Dr Lebby, bò one called . I have to call back and made appt, they gave me appt on Dec 4, 2025 @9am, comes to find out i went there waited 1/2 hr no one opens the door finally a receptionist came in and she told me Thurs office closes.
