I just had my overnight sleep study and was nervous given some of the previous reviews. I had an appointment previously with Dr. Lebby and He and his staff are super kind and informative. Based off previous reviews I brought 2 extra blankets and my own pillow and I was extremely comfortable. I did wear a sweatshirt as well, it was a bit chilly but I prefer a cooler environment anyway. Brought my 5 y/o for an overnight sleep study. Calling in was quick and easy to schedule. Staff at the overnight were incredibly professional. Facility was clean, quiet and comfortable all things considered. Good a/c is needed so temperature doesn't impact sleep results. We also had a sound machine that helped with background noise. We felt very taken care of. Horrible scheduling system if you can call it a system. ReScheduled an appointment within their 48 hr requirement 3 months in advance , received a CONFIRMATION email from them. They had no empathy for my busy work schedule and cancelled my appointment because I wasn’t heard from a week prior to the CONFIRMED appointment even with their 48hr notice requirement that says it would charge me without notice. I DIDNT CANCEL SO MY APPOINTMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN KEPT AND BEEN CHARGED FOR A NO SHOW FEE IF I DIDNT SHOW LIKE THEIR POLICY... read more
Go to another sleep study facility by all chance. It’s nearly impossible to have an accurate reflection of the actual sleep quality here. Freezing and loud throughout the night, Hardly slept.
Avoid this facility at all costs. My experience was truly terrible. 1. The bed was very uncomfortable and cheap-feeling and the blanket was very thin and scratchy. Even after using 5 blankets I was still freezing cold. I asked if they could turn the temperature up and they said no. As a result, I got 5 hours of broken sleep that they said is enough to base their results on. 2.
