Initially I was thrilled to find Ocean Medical, however ~ Elisa was sweet and somewhat thorough to start, then quickly went to her computer to ask if I need any refills on anything and she would send them right over. I found that odd, without examining me. She then prescribed a medication as she told me I had pneumonia. The medication she prescribed nearly took my life as it should NEVER be ordered for someone with a heart condition. The reaction I had to it was terrifying! Had my first appointment and it was 10 stars from the reception room to the nurse Kerri and the awesome intake and then Alyssa who deserves 20 stars - listens, offers thoughtful and valid ideas for your health care. To good not to share...
Elisa is a godsend! She is professional, efficient and a delight to be around. Dad took to her easily and this endeared her to our family all the more. The moment Elisa walked in, it was as though the sun came out from behind the clouds. We Utah Hansens love her.
