Awesome hidden little hotel in a great, great location near the Santa Monica pier and short walking distance to the Mall and 3rd Street Promenade. The parking was really tight and I was a little put out that they didn't tell you parking was additional charge of $24 until you checked in. The AC worked great. The bed was comfortable but only had two small pillows which was a bummer. Room included a small refrigerator which came in handy with our wine and dinner leftovers. Great location and reasonable price couple minute walk to the Pier. Staff were good, comfortable bed great air con we enjoyed our 3 night stay.
The rooms were clean. We had just checked into another rathole motel and were very happy when we found the last room they had here. And being across from "The Hotel California" was just an added bonus...
They did not have an AC for us we went to the office and they gave us the runaround had to sleep in a hot room for the amount of money we paid for we could have went somewhere else

Rooms are cute, clean and comfortable! Huge tv screen, complimentary coffee and tea. Best of all it's right next to the beach, pier, third street promenade and Venice beach. All walking distance. Good prices compared to other nearby hotels. I always prefer supporting small, family run local businesses.
