Ocean Lending Home Loans is to be absolutely avoided at all costs. James Edwards completely dropped the ball (I'm not sure he ever even had the ball to be honest) with my primary residence refinance. I began the process of a jumbo loan refinance in early July 2020. I provided James with all the documents he requested (personal and business tax returns, proof of insurance, current mortgages statement, W2s, etc.), and filled out a loan application, within 24 hours of his request.
