Such a breath of fresh air in comparison to Infiniti of South Miami. It's a shame that Infiniti of Sounth Miami has gone to the dogs, particularly to Sales Management Team. Purchasing a vehicle was a great and smooth process. However, I refinanced and have been getting the complete run around when it comes to my Gap Cancellation refund. I have called and spoke with Carmen and left messages for David Angel multiple times with no response. I got one reply to an email and that was even after multiple attempts stating I would receive my refund in 2-3 weeks and it’s now been 4 weeks with no response or communication after asking for updates. This is absolutely ridiculous the lack of communication.
