This place is horrible how can you sleep at night knowing elderly people have been miss treated them died. It's not an accident if it happens more than once! Shut this place down and I hope all who have been neglected or lost a loved one SUE SUE SUE!
Horrible place
This place will abuse your loved one and then laugh in your face because she passed away DUE TO THEIR INABILITY TO FOLLOW LAWS AND PROCEDURES. The own ceo said he doesn’t care about laws, so be prepared for the worst possible outcome if your loved one is sent here. They do not care. They lie. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Please beware. I just don’t want other families to experience loss due to Oceans management lack of care or concern. They just want a paycheck. They could care less.
My mother is a patient right now and the staff has provided me with the most information about my moms condition. They answer the phone for me multiple times a day and treat me and my mother with respect. My mom is only 65 and has been misdiagnosed until coming here. They have finally give our family answers and have been nothing but professional and loving! I recommend these people and im lucky my mother is in they're care!
Very bad place I wouldn’t bring my dog there all the did was lie about everything my husband was in there with altimerz and dementia and could never talk on the phone with him and I said I didn’t want him sadated at all told the head girl kylee and his nurses and what did they do they sedated him like a zombie was told lie after lie I’m glad I went and signed him out thank god cause he would prolly never came out alive this place ain’t nothing but trash!!!
