We are in this resort the Hibiscus section and it is disgustingly dirty. It was never been cleaned and we have yet to be able to get in contact with the owners. We got a text and They would not change us to another unit and told us they we booked. We drove 13 hrs and could not turn back. See the photos I have attached. I had to buy supplies to clean the bathrooms to use . Do not rent this property, the cleaning lady told us that they would not pay to clean the unit.

This was our second time staying at Ocean Gate at Hibiscus and had no problems. This time we had many issues. The rug in the condo had lots of disguting stains, the screen door to the patio was completely ripped so we could not leave it open. The dryer left rust stains on our clothes and the heat sensors on the dryer were not working. The ice maker was not working at all and it was turned to the “on” position.
