Somewhere far far down, I'm down for 5 stars. I did that a couple years back. We went this year, and the menu had been changed completely. The waitress said it hadn't. She also had forgotten 3 of our sides, on the table behind us, and everybody (party of 6) was very sad with what they got. 2/6 said they are fine never going back. Agree with shrimp, we've gotten better and bigger for cheaper and ALL of the fish was overcooked. I couldn't eat half of my flounder, and my boyfriends plate was sadly small for the price. We ate here on a girls beach vacation and the service as well as the food and drink were wonderful! The fish wrap was amazing
Great seafood. Our server Megan was terrific. The view of the ocean was fantastic.
Average food. You pay when eat on the pier no matter where you are. Service was good and my fried fish sandwich was big.
We loved the food, the staff. Just very disappointed that our vacation cash wasn't good enough. Was embrassed by the owner or manager that our 100 Bill was counterfeit, when we had just got it at the bank before vacation. Every place else excepted our money with no problem at all. It's a shame when other people prove its real except this place. Thanks for ruining our beach experience.
WAY overpriced for the portions and quality of food AND service. Even the margaritas were terrible. $95 dollars for bland food and small portions. Take some pointers from Captain Georges please. I have NO problem paying a pretty penny for good food and service, but I wouldn't have paid $20 dollars for what we ate at this establishment!
I always plan to have at least one meal here whenever I'm in the VA Beach area. Love the food and atmosphere.
Best steamed shrimp, Rum Runners and service on the beach!
Seafood prices are outrageous for the portions. Ordered a fried shrimp platter for $22 and received what would normally be a lunch portion shrimp basket. Ordered The sea food broil for $28 and asked if it could feed two (most broils are big) and it was pathetically small. Not to mention drinks are weak and food was bland. This explains why the place was almost empty at 7 Memorial Day weekend. Never again will we come back.
