We stayed in room 12, which has the best view of the ocean�. We left the slider door open and the waves lulled us to sleep. The staff was exceptionally nice and the setting clean and comfortable. We hope to return next year.
The Managers are lovely and very eager to help. I guess their budget is set by the owners who need to allow more funding for breakfast. It is really important to me and it is basically fruit, yoghurt and bagels. I would have liked some croissant, ham, cheese , eggs and jam for the bagels. The cottages are clean but are basically wooden clad mobile homes. Santa Cruz is expensive so this is probably considered good value. The location is great and the beds are comfortable. Great location, quite, clean, dog friendy close to beach. Arron and Kim were excellent host. Watched sailboats play from the back deck as the sun set. We will be back.
My husband and I stayed here and loved it. We are planing to go back and a few months with our kids. The manager Kim was nice enough to show us one of the cottages that a would fit us all.
This is the best location for the value in the entire California coast.
