The staff is rude at the front desk when I went in for my appointment. One of the ladies not sitting in front of the window but on the side told me to put no Insurence but I had insurance ..... then when I was waiting to be checked out she had spoke to one of the girls and said GIRL I CAME IN THIS MORNING AND CHECKED THE VOICEMAILS AND WE HAD 85 ..... I DIDNT LISTEN TO ALL OF THEM I DELETED THEM ..... I FIGURE IF THEY LEFT A VOICEMAIL THEY WILL CALL BACK. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK .
Was referred here for my oldest.. they were nice at first told us they were gonna extract her tooth set up our appointment at 830am (we live and hour away) called me at 8:15am the day (I was ten minutes away from their office) to tell me the dr wasnât going to be in! Decided we were going back started going to Montgomery who ended up having to put her to sleep to pull the tooth because it couldnât be extracted with local only
Had a scheduled appointment at 1pm arrived at 1250. Waited there patiently until 230 and watched people whose appointments were after my sons get called back first. I ask the receptionist about it and she states due to the nature of his appointment they work him in between the others. No one told me this when I called to book the appointment. She then told me it would be 5-10 mins later which it was when they called us back. Got to the back only to be told they don't work on children his age. So I sat and wasted an hour and ... read more

Wait wasn't too bad, but the doctor was a little ride about treatment plans. Assistant was super nice..
The staff was very friendly and we were in and out in a short while!
Terrible experience. Will not be returning after my final appointment.
