I was very pleased!
Always attends you in a timely manner. They explain the process well. All the staff is very friendly and professional. The only thing they always fail at is when they floss your teeth. They always pop and saw the floss down on your gums which injured the gun causing it to bleed. Then they tell you, "floss better, your bleeding", in all reality your suppose to floss around each tooth. This is something that has bothered me for years. I'm very pleased with this office. The secretaries were very kind and helpful. The dentist was amazing!! She was very gentle and informative. You could tell that she cares about her patients. Totally recommend this office!!! ðð¼ð

Because I won't cancel the appointment made with their referral, they sent DHS after me with a false claim. Stay away from these people.
My treatment plan was developed before anyone actually looked in my mouth or took an Xray. I was told upfront that a typical cleaning would not be sufficient - and it wasn't! The entire cleaning and flouride treatment took 3 1/2 minutes. She never used any instrument to remove any tartar - only did a very cursory polish and 'you're done'! The technician was horrible. For this the combined total of charges was $131. What a rip off! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
This dentist is marketed towards children but I would NOT take your child there unless you want them scarred! They would NOT allow my mother into the room when they were putting caps on my 10yr old brother. When he came out he was crying and said the dentist had told him to "Stop being a baby!" Because he was wiggling in the chair. This was unprofessional and cruel!
My child had her wisdom teeth pulled- got super sick and couldn't get the so called Dr to call back - not even a nurse and we called several times! Will never use them again
