I scheduled an appointment the dentist called in,and apparently they had the wrong phone number, while trying to reach me but the reminder email still went through, waste of a trip and no help...
Well I must say they have the worst customer service. They informed us that our appt was canceled because they called the day before and while I was at work the message left was “ hello hello hello hello hello…” by an unknown number so of course that comes across as a telemarketer call because how is that a professional message to make sure a new patient can confirm, coming from what is supposed to be a dental office. Had such an amazing experience!! adults and kids alike will love it
Abhorrent services. My partner went here to get taken care of, now recently went to Dental Depot and has found out every tooth they worked on is causing issues and now potential infection. The doctor said "Oh no.." when it was brought up that he went here. Had another friend go here a few years ago and he ended up with an abscess! This isn't even half of the stuff I've heard. Nothing but horror stories, save yourselves.

I came in and thought i had to do a whole big process and do another appointment BUT NOPE lol soon as I came in and did a x ray they ask wanna get that tooth out now I said pleaaase and guys top dentist treatment! And they listen when your in pain! I will be bringing my kids here cause this is the best!!
