Overall this visit was very pleasant. The office and waiting area were clean. Most of the staff was professional and courteous during the visit. Upon arrival I was informed that the office was a bit behind due to a couple of walk ins ... We had an appointment so, I didn't understand our need for waiting.
It was a good experience two people was friendly and they was good to my son .

I don't know how bad the service is from this establishment from doctors other than Shana Dean, but If this company hires and allows chronic alcoholic drug users to perform dentistry on people, then i would suggest NEVER TO ALLOW ANYONE to get service here. I received service here months ago and it was horrible, Shana dean pulled a wisdom tooth from me and I was in horrible pain for weeks, I never received any care instructions and had to see another dentist to correct, I came into knowing Shana Dean from an ex partner of he... read more
