My sons appointment was for 1p we signed in at 12:55pm. He didnt get called back until 1:48pm. People that walked in after us were called before us. Then he sat in the dentist chair for atleast 20mins before being seen by the dentist. We did not leave there until 3:20pm which is ridiculous. I am not happy.
