Staff always friendly. I mainly just go to the pool, hot tub & sauna. I see friends use the work out room. Very happy with that area of the resort. We have enjoyed the restaurant a few times food & drinks = nomz. My husband likes the desserts but they disappoint me. The view makes it all worth it �

It was our first time there, stayed for two nights, left this morning and we will definitely be returning!
I booked this hotel for a long weekend getaway at the beach. It was booked through Priceline. When we arrived, my husband went to go check in while I waited in the car with our 1 year old. He came back to tell me that we couldn't stay because there is a 2 person max on our room and there were 3 of us. REALLY?! Sorry for any confusion. You booked a room that accommodates 2 people but arrived with 3 people. Had you booked a room that accommodated more than 2 people there would have been no issue. We cannot violate maximum occupancy rules, and children are people. You had booked your reservation for 2 nights and we were only able to resell the room for one of those nights. We always enjoy our stays here. The restaurant is superior! This time we visited the spa and enjoyed massages with Shari.
