Went here for an impromptu breakfast. Was seated right away but the after this, our experience went downhill fast. The service and food is mediocre at best. I ordered the Beach Breakfast and couldn’t eat it past the first bite. It is supposed to come with a dill sauce and there was none. It’s a filleted clam then deep fried in a panko crust. We just got home from a 2 night stay, for our honeymoon. The view from our room was amazing! The food was great, the hot tub was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again.
Don't be fooled when you drive up to this resort. The first impression from the parking lot that serves the lobby is that it is old and a bit run down. Well, it has been there for many years...I am guessing some of the buildings date from its inception in the '50's, but the newer wing is probably from the '70's, at least. It was evident that renovation work is on-going for the older wing. We love Ocean Crest. Have been coming for many years. Glad the restaurant is open again. The pool and hot tub are a special treat. We're there every clam tide we can make it to Moclips.
What an amazing place to stay and eat at. The views are one in a million !!! Its a must stay if you have not enjoyed the Washington Coast.
Good food. Better view. Beautiful place for lunch.
