I don't like the parking lot is very narrow
Power wash the stairs in the hallways. Make tenants keep their patios neat.
I really love our place! The staff is friendly and SUPER on top of everything! Our apartment is really spacious and has nice upgrades. the walls are thick, i never hear my neighbors. they allow big dogs! The down side is the parking situation is awful. There is no community vibe, people are nice enough...everyone just really keeps to themselves. Overall still a really great place in an awesome location :-)
