I ordered a storage box for my Polaris Ace and the item turned out to have a defect. JR in parts made a great effort to contact Polaris and get me a replacement. 100% satisfied with the product but especially satisfied with JR's efforts to make the transaction correct. Also, great communication with everyone at Ocean County Power Sports. Love my Ace storage box. Can bring all my gear on the Mountains now. Joe Pags

Just bought a pair of gloves there that fit perfectly in the store. Road about 10 miles hand swelled a little so to tight. Ask if I could exchange them they told me no because I wore them or see what we can do. Another words give me a discount on buying a NEW pair. No where on their receipt does it say if worn you can not exchange. Only says NO refund of exchanges on special order. No refunds or exchanges on electrical parts. And No refundsor exchanges after 14 days! That was my first and LAST time using them.

I didn't purchase my bike there but have bought many accessories and have had service. The parts counter people have always been very helpful. The service department scheduled me in so that I could wait (since I am an hour and a half away) for my bike. It did take a little longer than they said but I didn't mind looking at the bikes. The sales people always ask me in I need assistance but don't badger me. I would buy my next bike from them.

Brought atv in for warranty work. Entire first meeting was confrontational because the service manager claimed it wasn't warrantee work until Can Am approved. I figured he was just being protective of the shop and we worked it out. Can Am did approve warranty work and I didn't see the atv again for 2 months. I would be ok with that, except it was returned with the left heated grip not working and left light not working. I emailed without response and when I stopped in was told , "it wasn't us". I have a 1996 Shadow VT 1100 C2 called service with a question about no power to fuel pump, instead trying to answer my question right away I have to bring it in, I'm a mechanic could have told me what it possible could be I think it's the CDI but before I spend over 400.00 for part would have liked an idea first, will take it to Sun Cycle before I would go there.
