RecommendedProud new owner of a 2018 Suzuki DRZ400SM thanks to Ocean County Powersports! John, Evan, Alex, Nick, and JR just to name a few of the employees that helped me along the way, I’m a first time rider and had tons of questions to throw at them about riding gear and other necessities; each of them had no issue listening to me ramble on about my concerns and did their best to guide me in the right direction. Great experience overall, will be returning for more gear in the future and to bug them with some more questions!
First time going there. One of the SALESPERSON called a GSXR1000 a S1000RR(which they dont sell unless used) so i walked out asking myself how that guy got a job. Next time going back a different person tries telling me a naked bike and a sport touring are the same thing. (Which they are highly different ) so from my experiences just by talking to the people who work there. I wouldn’t recommend getting something they probably have no idea about. They speak confidently , but they’re actual idiots. Buyer beware

This shop is the best around! The team of knowledgeable staff here is great. All of our buying experience here has been nothing short of top notch. From the sales to service desk, each member has outstanding communication skills for customer satisfaction. We've purchased multiple machines from this store, without any complaints or bad experiences. We highly recommend anyone looking for a power sport toy to go to this store, you will not regret it.
got a great deal on a new rzr and I love it! really friendly staff and very knowledgeable parts and service departments.
Purchased goods on eBay, stole money out of my account, claimed it was import charges but the numbers did not add, when couldn’t explain why the numbers didn’t add up, said talk to eBay as those are their charges. Which is not true. For a large company to treat customers this way just because we are in a different country, disgusting!

Fantastic service department and all the staff there are awesome. Took my quad there for its first service and the gentleman said it will be done sometime today meaning this past Monday and he called me an hour and a half later saying it was done awesome service
