Great management
This is best place I have ever lived, stores are in walking distance and my 2 bed 2 bath is very spacious. Management and the maintenance crew are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. 5 star!!
This place is an absolute scam! Paid thousands of dollars for my application, which was accepted and security deposit was cashed. Tried to do a walk thru the night before, left messages with no return call. Hours later I finally reach management and during the walk through the (short) owner shows up and didn’t like that I complained about the lack of communication with management. Pretty cool place, Amazing views even if you don't have an ocean view. Management is great!! Beach access and a whole bunch of other great amenities.
