Takes top honors as the worst dining experience in Portland. We were ignored for an entire hour and then they plopped down some mysterious dish which we had not ordered.
Dishes had good fresh flavor but service felt condescending and unwelcoming. But we went for dinner versus dim sum so maybe that's the trick.
