We had the best truck shopping experience at Capital Chev of Shallotte. John Hughes was our sales executive and he couldn't have been any nicer or patient with our buying process. We have purchased several vehicles but this is the first dealership we can say was a true pleasure to deal with. You will not be pressured and will find the most personable and accommodating staff ever.
My experience at (for reference this was about a month and half to two months ago) Capital Chevy for an oil change and tire rotation, but instead it was a nightmare, from the service advisors acting insanely rude to hearing a parts manager saying nasty things to the techs, very unprofessional behavior from the service side and it was honestly heartbreaking to see. I’ve been going to Take 5 in Southport ever since then and another shop there on 211. Forget going to this shop.

Great buying experience. No one ever likes to go car shopping. This was a no stress experience. No pressure , they didn’t keep you for hours , they gave us a fair great price and great service . Highly recommend the dealership and Mike our salesman . Love our new Tahoe!
