As a NY Yankee, visiting South East North Carolina, in pursuit of a good used, non rust belt car, I found what I was looking for at Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte. Dell is the man! My check engine light came on during a family trip. We showed up at the dealership to get it checked, 4 minutes after they closed and he hooked us up! He plugged in the diagnostic machine to see why the light came on. He gave us piece of mind to be able to finish our trip. Excellent service with a smile!
Do not count on them to honor any warranty. Brought a certified pre owned 2019 chevy malibu. 2 days after i purchased it the check engine light and service esc light came on and the car started shaking, stalling and would barely accelerate. When i brought it to them "miraculously" the light was not on no more. Brought the car back 12 times. They just keep telling me if the light isn't on when they start it then they will not do anything.
