They arrived right on time, explained clearly how they would clean the carpets, and let me know when it was safe to walk on the freshly cleaned stairs. a few years back we needed some tough red stains taken out of our carpet and ocean carpet cleaning were the only ones who could help. so, when we recently wanted to get an area rug cleaned, we reached out again. eric was really accommodating with our busy schedule and set up an appointment fast. johnathan showed up and was very professional and friendly. he did an amazing job on our rug. now our rug looks fresh and just like new! we highly recommend them to friends and family.
