We had to be towed. They accepted car and immediately worked to fix the problem The atmosphere in the waiting room was entertaining. They have an abundance of antique Cadillac cars. All staff was professional and pleasant.

I brought my 2021 white XT4 to service on 01/25/2025 by first time since I bought it in this same place last year. I had an appointment at 8:30 am. I had to wait 3 hours only to receive my car with scratches on the driver's doors and grease marks. They took the car again and didn't have the courtesy to polish it, they just clean it up with a peace of cloth I guess, not fixing the problem of course. My family and I had an amazing experience here all around. From Jacob our sales man to Zachary in finances. It was a smooth process purchasing my new truck even with 2 young kids, the dealership had a beautiful lounge section with cafe and a cute little golf area my son loved.
