They were good We have been through inspections before and they were good. But John was more thoroughly detailed in all that needed to be checked. When we walked in, he had kitchen sink running, washing machine washing, dryer drying, dishwasher running, air and heat low and high. He checked bathrooms for moisture. Made sure toilets were running properly along with the vents and checked for any leakage. Checked walls, floors, ceiling and very importantly, mold and electrical everything.
