RecommendedI agree with others who don't normally review restaurants but felt compelled to. Everything we had there was amazing. We had the ceviche, crab hush puppies and the popcorn shrimp. The food is of such a high quality that we were surprised we hadn't heard about the place before visiting Newport. We're from Portland, so we are pretty spoiled for good food, but Ocean Bleu really is a reason to visit this beautiful spot on the Oregon Coast.

Ok, here is the winner, the best restaurant we visited during our one week of yurting in Newport and a place I do not hesitate to recommend. Ocean Bleu on Newport's Historic Bayfront. We almost didn't go there because of our parking debacle the day before, I gave it a second pass and told Mary and Gio that if we couldn't find a place to park we were going to go to Abbey's Pizza. Highly recommend great food wonderful service. They were very busy and still very attentive we will be back.
Don't judge a book by its cover. This place kinda funky looking but the food was awesome. I will definitely be back. I had the bacon crusted black cod.

Great food and service
By far the best fish tacos we have ever had. Super fresh and the flavor was superb. We highly recommend eating here and will make it a regular when we come to Newport.
