Really well put together. Surprised to see a place like this in Utica. It has a bigger city feel. The food was great and the Vero water was a nice touch. I like that it feels classy but not pretentious!
Our party of four ate here before a concert at the Stanley. Our waiter, Caleb, was super helpful and kept track of the time so we wouldn’t be late to the concert. The food was more than amazing, the cocktails were fun and creative, and the atmosphere was modern and welcoming. I highly recommend Ocean Blue!
