Great restaurant, one of my favorites. I myself have experience with sea food, and this restaurant definitely does well in this field.
Cannot wait for Ocean Blue to open. The menu looks amazing - and the views are the best in the city. Utica's FIRST rooftop restaurant is really setting the bar high. (Pun not intended, but appreciated.)

As a dj who travels and performs at many New York City rooftop lounges and restaurants I am beyond excited to finally have something of that nature right here in my hometown! The wife and I can't WAIT for this to open, you'll be seeing our faces down here on the regular! Best of luck!
