Rude, obnoxious asshole Zero stars! I agree with the previous post. I was "greeted" by the rudest, most obnoxious asshole in the city there. He is the old, short guy with a stick up his ass. I felt as if I was inconveniencing him by trying to do my business at their store. The funny thing is, I've been there before to get supplies and things have always been fine so I go out of my way to go there instead of Home Depot (like to give my business to the small shops). will do in a pinch If you just need to get one thing or tired of the congestion of a big store like Home Depot, OB Hardware is the place for you (if you don't mind spending an extra 5% or more). I've never had a problem with the customer service, but the selection is limited.
